Our trip to Tokyo was incredible! Each detail was well planned, yet flexible when pivoting was necessary. Our leader Juan was a highlight of the trip! He led with kindness, patience, humor and a wide base of knowledge. Each day we saw and experienced new sights, foods, places and shops. The memories I made will be held in my heart forever! I can’t wait to book another Bookbag Tour!

Tokyo is amazing and overwhelming! It is impossible to see and do everything in one trip, but we were able to explore and visit many different interesting places. We had the largest group ever (50 - too big) and that made getting from one place to another a challenge. However, our leaders worked hard to improve our organization and it got easier. The school visit in Karuizawa was one of my favorite things we did. I would have liked to explore the town some while we were there. DisneySea is fabulous and fun, even with rain and hot temps. If this trip excluded Disney, exploring Osaka, Kyoto, and the area around Mt. Fuji would be excellent substitutions. All in all, another fantastic BookBag trip with old friends and new.

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this trip was. We had so many wonderful adventures of all different types. From snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef, visiting school and staying in home stays in Bowen, and exploring Sydney we did it all. I appreciated the vast variety of activities and there was always an opportunity to be active and moving around. Our leaders were super stars and kept us informed of everything. This has been my favourite of the BBT trips so far because of the people and location. I have never laughed so hard that my body hurt for days after. I leave this trip with a whole new group of friends and eagerly looking forward to booking another amazing travel experience. Australia is absolutely amazing!

Such a wonderful way to experience the Philippines. This is a trip filled with adventure, educational collaboration, and relaxation. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to be immersed in the most kind culture. I’ve brought home many life lessons as well as ideas to incorporate into my own classroom.

BBT always comes through with a great adventure. Australia was no exception. The trip took us to three amazing locations. Sydney was spectacular with culture and activity. Airlie Beach was stunning with a bucket list fulfilling activity to the Great Barrier Reef. Finally in Bowen we got to know the community and culture of real life down under through a home stay and school visits. A highlight of the trip was the leaders. BBT always pulls out all the stops to find qualified leaders and guides. Having a local guide to introduce us to Aussie through authentic experiences and vast expertise on local bird life😉. Friendships were forged, TimTams were consumed, and Koalas are now everyone’s favorite animal. 🐨

This was my third summer traveling with Bookbag Tours, and I can confidently say it was my best trip yet! I love that we got to travel to two countries: France and Switzerland. Each city was unique and fun to explore. The leaders were amazing (including our French connections). The school visits in France were informative, engaging, and fun. I think our group as a whole fell in love with Switzerland. Such a beautiful country. I’m already planning my 2026 trip!
