If you are arriving or departing earlier/later than the scheduled Group dates, you will be responsible for your own transfers. We are happy to advise, but we will not cover the cost.
Educators will arrive at the Pop Century Resort, a vibrant and nostalgic Disney hotel that celebrates pop culture from the 1950s to the 1990s. Check-in will be a seamless experience, with Disney staff ensuring that all attendees receive their room keys and welcome packets. This packet will include detailed itineraries, park maps, and important information about the week's activities.
The trip kicks off with a delightful dinner and welcome reception. The reception will be held at a stylish tapas bar, where educators can indulge in a variety of delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres. This is a great opportunity to relax, mingle, and get to know fellow educators in a casual and inviting atmosphere.
Following dinner, there will be an orientation session where the trip organizers will provide an overview of the week's itinerary and distribute essential materials. Educators will receive name badges, schedules, and any additional resources needed for the activities. The orientation will set the stage for an exciting and informative week ahead.
After the orientation, the group will participate in engaging team-building activities designed to foster collaboration and camaraderie. These activities will be interactive and fun, encouraging educators to work together and build strong connections.

After breakfast, the group will travel to the iconic Magic Kingdom, where a day filled with learning, exploration, and fun awaits.
Transformational Teacher Leadership: The morning session will focus on transformational teacher leadership, emphasizing strategies to inspire and lead within the educational community. Educators will engage in discussions and activities that highlight effective leadership practices and ways to cultivate a positive learning environment.
Educators will have free time to explore Magic Kingdom at their own pace, with the freedom to choose attractions, shows, and activities that interest them. This time allows for personalized learning experiences and the opportunity to discover different aspects of the park.
Attraction: Jungle Cruise: Begin the morning with a ride on the Jungle Cruise, a lighthearted and adventurous boat tour through exotic rivers around the world.
Attraction: Pirates of the Caribbean: Next, educators will embark on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, an immersive journey through pirate-infested waters.
Attraction: Splash Mountain: The morning continues with a thrilling ride on Splash Mountain, a log-flume attraction that combines storytelling with excitement.
Cast Member Interactions: Throughout the morning, educators will have the opportunity to interact with Disney Cast Members who embody the principles of exceptional customer service and guest experience.
Attraction: Carousel of Progress: The group will visit the Carousel of Progress, a classic attraction that showcases the evolution of technology and innovation in everyday life.
Transformational Teacher Leadership: The evening session will continue the focus on transformational teacher leadership, with activities and discussions that encourage educators to reflect on their leadership styles and classroom practices.
Debrief About “Progress” in Our Leadership Styles and Classrooms: After the attraction, educators will participate in a debriefing session to discuss their reflections on progress in their leadership styles and classrooms. This discussion will focus on identifying areas for growth and sharing strategies for continuous improvement.
Educator takeaway: Reflecting on progress encourages educators to evaluate their teaching practices and leadership approaches, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and development.
The day will conclude with the mesmerizing Happily Ever After fireworks show. This spectacular display of lights, music, and pyrotechnics celebrates the magic of Disney and the power of dreams.
Educators will begin their day with the thrilling Rise of the Resistance attraction. This immersive experience takes them into the heart of a Star Wars adventure, combining cutting-edge technology with storytelling.
The Power of Purposeful Play: The morning session will focus on the concept of purposeful play and its role in fostering creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration among students. Educators will engage in discussions and activities that demonstrate the benefits of incorporating play into the classroom.
Attraction: Slinky Dog: Following the session, educators will ride the Slinky Dog Dash, a family-friendly roller coaster that offers a fun and exhilarating experience.
Attraction: Toy Story Mania: Next, educators will participate in Toy Story Mania, an interactive 4D shooting game that requires quick thinking and hand-eye coordination.
Discussion/Debrief in Walt Museum: The group will then head to the Walt Disney Museum for a discussion and debriefing session. Here, educators will reflect on their experiences and discuss the introduction of immersive learning experience challenges by neighborhood.
Mickey & Minnie’s: Enjoy a whimsical ride through Mickey and Minnie’s adventures, filled with delightful surprises and charming scenes.
Frozen - The Sing-A-Long: Join in a lively sing-a-long session with the beloved characters from Frozen, celebrating the magic of music and storytelling.
The Power of Purposeful Play: The evening session will continue the focus on purposeful play, with reflections on the day's immersive experiences. Educators will discuss how these experiences can be translated into their teaching practices to foster creativity and student engagement.
Attraction: Fantasmic! (in line at 8:00 PM, show at 8:30 PM): The day will conclude with the spectacular Fantasmic! show. This nighttime extravaganza features fireworks, water projections, and live performances, bringing together Disney characters and stories in a magical display.
Begin the day with a visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom, where educators will embark on a journey that combines the wonders of nature with the principles of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and conservation.
Making Sustainable Development Goals Our Classroom Goals: The morning session will focus on integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into classroom teaching. Educators will engage in discussions and activities that highlight the importance of sustainability and conservation. This session will provide practical strategies for incorporating these goals into lesson plans and fostering a sense of environmental stewardship among students.
Educators will have the afternoon free for personal exploration of Animal Kingdom. They can choose to visit other attractions, explore the various themed areas, or simply enjoy the park's lush scenery and wildlife exhibits.
Attraction: Kilimanjaro Safari: Following the session, educators will embark on the Kilimanjaro Safari, an immersive experience that takes them through the African savannah to observe a variety of wildlife in their natural habitats. The safari offers an up-close look at animals such as elephants, lions, and giraffes, emphasizing the importance of wildlife conservation and habitat preservation.
Attraction: Soarin': The first attraction of the evening is Soarin', a breathtaking flight simulation that takes educators on a journey over some of the world's most stunning landscapes. This experience highlights the beauty and diversity of our planet, reinforcing the importance of conservation.
Making Sustainable Development Goals Our Classroom Goals (6 PM-ish): The evening session at Epcot will continue the focus on SDGs and conservation. Educators will participate in activities and discussions that emphasize the application of these goals in the classroom setting.
Design Thinking Challenge: To wrap up the evening, educators will participate in a Design Thinking Challenge. This collaborative activity encourages educators to apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for incorporating SDGs into their teaching practices.
The night will conclude with the iconic Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue Dinner Show at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. This high-energy, family-friendly show features comedy, music, and dancing, all while enjoying a hearty all-you-can-eat dinner.
Reflecting on the Day and Debrief: The day will conclude with a reflection and debriefing session, where educators can share their experiences, discuss what they learned, and reflect on how they can apply these insights to their teaching.
Educators will start their day by traveling to EPCOT, the park known for its celebration of human achievement, technological innovation, and cultural diversity.
Cultural Exploration: The morning kicks off with an exciting cultural exploration session. Educators will have the opportunity to experience the Ratatouille attraction (if available), where they can immerse themselves in the world of culinary arts and storytelling inspired by the beloved film. Following this, participants will visit the Circle-Vision Theaters in the China, France, and Canada pavilions to experience panoramic films that showcase the beauty, history, and culture of each country.
Amazing Race Challenge: In the spirit of adventure and friendly competition, educators will break into small groups or families to participate in the EPCOT Amazing Race Challenge. Each team will complete cultural and educational challenges at each major neighborhood in EPCOT, allowing them to explore the unique aspects of each pavilion.
Mexico Pavilion Challenges: Educators will learn about Mexican traditions, history, and art while navigating through the vibrant marketplace.
Canada Pavilion Challenges: Participants will discover the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Canada through interactive exhibits and activities.
Norway Pavilion Challenges: Teams will delve into Norse mythology, Viking history, and the cultural influence of Norway.
United Kingdom Pavilion Challenges: Educators will explore British literature, architecture, and historical figures.
China Pavilion Challenges: Participants will engage with Chinese culture, traditional arts, and historical landmarks.
France Pavilion Challenges: Teams will experience French cuisine, art, and the iconic landmarks of Paris.
Germany Pavilion Challenges: Educators will uncover the rich history, folklore, and traditions of Germany.

Educators will share their experiences, discuss what they learned, and reflect on how they can apply these insights to their teaching. The winning team or person from the Amazing Race Challenge will be awarded for their accomplishments.
Group Fireworks: The day will conclude with a spectacular group fireworks show at EPCOT. This magical display will celebrate the accomplishments of the day and the spirit of collaboration and learning.
